Wilder Kaiser
The Wilder Kaiser is enthroned above the region’s holiday resort. A truly imperial mountain range, called “Koasa” by the locals. But where does the name come from? Some people think, looking at the Wilder Kaiser from the south-east, they discover the profile of an emperor in the mighty rock formations. Rumour has it that it could be Charlemagne… The fact is that the origin of the term “Kaisergebirge” is still shrouded in legend today. In any case, it is a majestic mountain range that appears on the Panoramaknife.
