This bread knife comes, so to speak, directly from the fairytale forest – from the Black Forest.

The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
The almost velvety handle is made of walnut wood.
A handcrafted knife – made in Switzerland.
