Who doesn’t know the good old DAVOSER sledge? Connected with many memories of the first adventures in the snow, it still awakens unique emotions in almost all of us. Some of them are still in use, but many of them (i.e. the sleds) are gathering dust in cellars and attics. Much too bad, we think, and that’s why we have given them a second life and conjured up this unique universal knife from them.

Yes, the wooden handle is actually made of sledge wood from defective or unused DAVOSER sledges.

On its blade is a summary of the most famous mountains of EASTERN SWITZERLAND.

The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
A handcrafted knife – made in Switzerland.
