Not only is the handle anchored in the Züri Oberland (headquarters PanoramaKnife), but the handle is also made of regional cherry tree and we at the company Nef Holzwaren in Bauma produce especially for this knife.

The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
