Description

The Alpstein and it`s Churfirsten gave us the idea for the whole brand. The Universal-Knife was a logical, very sharp, development of this idea.

The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
The almost velvety handle is made of walnut wood.
A handcrafted knife.
