Developed originally as Steak Knife for large man-hands it has become one of our most favourite products, simply because it makes daily life so much easier.

The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
The almost velvety handle is made of walnut wood.
