The Jumi family cheese dairy produces delicious raw milk cheeses and breeds the famous Omoso beef cattle on the hilly meadows. The Jumi cattle enjoy life in the open air, eat their own Swiss feed and grow up in the care of their mothers. Antibiotics and hormones, on the other hand, have no place in the Jumiverse.

The Jumi set consists of our universal knife with “Best of Switzerland” panorama and 2 pieces of “Nagelflue” dry sausage from Jumi.

Even the Jumis don’t know exactly where the name comes from… Nagelfluh is a special rock on the edge of the Alps that consists of many special, individual stones and used to be called “God’s concrete”. There are no stones in the “Nagelflue” dry sausage, but there are many special, individual ingredients that make it so extraordinary. Maybe that’s where the name comes from. Or because it simply tastes divine!

But what’s inside? From chilli raclette to basil, thyme, rosemary, marjoram and everything that falls under the category of wild herbs. Plus a pinch of salt and pepper. In a set with our universal knife, an original gift for all gourmets.

Pro tip: Cut the sausage into fine pieces and eat immediately.
