Our first Universal Knife for the “Ländle”. Yes, that is our Swiss term for our small neighbour county. Roughly translates to “countylet”. And they themselves call it that. A gem amidst the Alps. A small Switzerland with a very sympathetic family of Princes. And now – the Prince can slice his Malbuner Sausage himself and paper-thin. Bon Appetit.

The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
The almost velvety handle is made of walnut wood.
A handcrafted knife.
