The view over the vineyards to the Aconcagua is the inspiration of this new knife, which is written with Dieter Meier’s Ojo de Agua. The portrait of Dieter is burned into the beautiful walnut wood handle. Ideal for larger steaks and everything else you want to chop with a super sharp knife. Like all our universal knives, it is super sharp and makes cutting a lot of fun.
The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
The almost velvety handle is made of walnut wood.
