This beautiful bread knife glides effortlessly through all bread products, the Sunday plait, the wedding cake or other baked goods.
The blade is made of surgical steel material number 1.4116, material designation AISI 440A, Rockwell hardness 54-55 HRC.
The almost velvety handle is made of walnut wood.
