By the way, the creative mind behind TSÜRI SAUCE is chef Christian Heusser, who after years of apprenticeship and travel in Zurich, Bern and Geneva now runs the Café des Fleurs in Wangen. He served his TSÜRI SAUCE No. 1 there as a homemade burger – it was so well received that he soon offered it as a separate product and gradually added delicious creations to the range.
